The purpose of this study is to develop and maintain a Research Volunteer Database for the purpose of collecting information about potential participants, communicating with participants regarding upcoming studies, and conducting pulmonary function testing to determine eligibility.

The purpose of this study is to find out if people shoud take an asthma controller medication based on the type of inflammatory  cells present in their airways over 60 weeks.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of dupilumab in patients with persistent asthma over 52 weeks.
 

Severe Asthma

Genentech Lebri Asthma Study:
 
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of lebrikizumab (anti-IL13) agent on airway inflammation over 20 weeks (drug therapy over 8 weeks).
 
Tropos:
 
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of tralokinumab administered subcutaneously every 2 weeks in adults and adolescent subjects with OCS dependent asthma over a 40 week treatment period.
 

Mild - Severe Asthma

PackHealth Asthma Engagement Tool Study:

The purpose of this study is to test the impact of an innovative patient engagement solution on patient's quality of life and asthma-related outcomes, and evaluate the correlation between a patient reported outcome measures and clinical outcome over 12 weeks.

Comparison of Airflow Measurements by Portable vs. Standard Spirometry:

The objective of this study is to clinically validate a prototyped, electronic, low-cost spirometry device in patients with asthma, COPD and healthy controls.

 

Hereditary Andioedema (HAE):

The HELP StudyTM:

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of DX-2930 in preventing HAE attacks. The secondary objective is to evaluate the safety of repeated subcutaneous administrations of DX-2930 over 26 weeks.
